I have received alot of emails, calls and texts from some of you with regards to how to navigate VAX concerns......So I am including the link to our most recent article.

Regardless if you own 1 or 100 companies, or are just looking for your 1st one, this is going to be a discussion.

And regardless if you currently have a consultant for the insurance benefits needs of your company, we help companies evolve with better information and look to answer the problems of tomorrow, and not live in the deficiencies of the past.....

Evolve, Grow, Be Better, Rest easy knowing you have a trusted advisor who only focuses on Employee benefits, and get back to running your business.

This is good stuff! The article does a good job in pointing how big of an impact a subtle shift in your policies and procedures can have on your company's exposure to certain liability- especially with respect to benefits. This could be a great prelude to a cautionary tale on taking advantage of "at-will employment" properly.

With respect to the worker's compensation, there have been relatively recent developments where it is presumed that if a worker catches the illness that it is the employer's burden to show that it was not a result of employment. Staying prepared for this seesaw is absolutely a necessity.
