With respect to the worker's compensation, there have been relatively recent developments where it is presumed that if a worker catches the illness that it is the employer's burden to show that it was not a result of employment. Staying prepared for this seesaw is absolutely a necessity.

Thanks. Their is alot more on the way (obviously) private employers are weighing in on both sides of the fence, workers comp claims and possible unemployment claims are some concerns, but this is just getting started....be aware, and be prepared as your companies evolve
