Call for empirical data: Master’s Thesis on search fund acquisition drivers

Hello Searchfunder Community, I’m currently working on my research thesis for my Master’s degree, focusing on search fund acquisitions and the variables that drive target selection. My goal is to develop a statistical model that includes both “acquired” and “analyzed but non-acquired” companies, in order to identify the most impactful drivers for a successful acquisition. Below are the key data points I’m looking for on each company:

1. Industry 2. Geography 3. Revenues 4. EBITDA 5. EBIT 6. Net Income 7. NFP 8. Total Assets

All shared data will remain anonymous, and only aggregate results will be presented in my final research (which I would be happy to share upon request).
