Cabinetry and countertop industry - help needed

I've been entertaining a net new franchise concept in the cabinetry space that has a significant moat in what seems to be a very fragmented industry. I've done about as much research as one can do, and the opportunity seems to be worthwhile. Yes, the franchisor checks out. Does anyone have experience in this industry who would be willing to chat?
