Cabinetry and countertop industry - help needed

I've been entertaining a net new franchise concept in the cabinetry space that has a significant moat in what seems to be a very fragmented industry. I've done about as much research as one can do, and the opportunity seems to be worthwhile. Yes, the franchisor checks out. Does anyone have experience in this industry who would be willing to chat?

I owned a countertop business years ago (my first search fund) and sold cabinets as part of that, so I have a good sense of it. I've also been in franchise for the past 15 years, but more in hospitality. Let me know if you'd like to chat.
