I run Thomas McGee Development Inc., a California licensed General Contractor (B) and women-owned development + construction platform. (I have WBE, MBE, & DBE ) I provide RMO support for buyers navigating CSLB requirements during acquisition and transition. I am only taking on one client for RMO services at this time but happy to consult on acquisition strategy.
A few things I’ve seen come up repeatedly: – Sellers and lenders asking for an RMO plan before diligence – Buyers “checking the box” without thinking through long-term risk – RMO relationships that create leverage issues post-close
What I offer is not just a license on paper. It’s operational support.
Background:– Construction management + development experience – Field and execution understanding, not just compliance – Ability to evaluate the business while stepping into the RMO role
