I am the former head of innovation at AB InBev, part of a team executing on the buyout of a production facility, canning co. and copacker in Philadelphia. It is one of 3 independents with "full distillery" licenses from the PLCB (Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board) in the 5th largest state in the US. It has existing equipment, facility and operations and several large contracts. The company will soon undergo restructuring to clean the cap table, taking out private debt.

If interested and have industrial equity investors, would like to talk.

^redacted‌ Would you entertain a restructuring of the debt? Happy to have a thoughtful conversation around how we can be creative here - redacted
