Does anyone has seen a difference in acquiring business abroad compared to locally? I am in France currently looking for deals in UK & US.

As soon as you get into purchasing a business "internationally", you have to deal with international taxes and foreign reporting to structure the business properly. For the right business, it probably doesn't matter but can be a giant pain in the butt.
