I'm a searcher and I was asked by a broker if I had a Buyer Teaser he could share with this customers. I'm just beginning my search, so I don't have one at the moment. I was wondering if anyone has advises and best practices as to what should go in a teaser, typical mistakes to avoid and the main dos and don'ts? Or any good resources that would covert that.

Thanks!

I found that in addition to the basic info about your search fund, it can be quite helpful to include a section of personal info about yourself (i.e. - married, children, pets, interests/hobbies, etc.). This can help sellers relate and connect to you on a personal level

I'm guessing they're looking for your resume and your personal financial statement. But sounds like a lazy broker TBH. They should take the time to meet you on a phone call to determine if its worth moving to the next step.
