Buyer One-Pager

Hello, I am currently working on my introductory one pager to share with sellers and borkers and was curious if folks wouldn't mind sharing ones they've made and used. I would welcome any and all examples. I have also been trying to find them in past posts but looks like many people just DMed theirs in the past, so if you are comfortable sharing a viewable link to a google file or PDF, I assume future searchers would find that valuable too.

I have made a one-pager targeted at brokers, but in my experience it hasn't been as useful and as a well put together Buyer Profile. Since my main method to reaching brokers is through email, I just write a short email basically saying "Hi, I want to buy a business, click here to learn more about me." I attach a one-pager, but get feedback about my Buyer Profile. Both docs have the same information, just one is shorter and less detailed. Also, don't waist time and money on building a website. A PDF on Google Drive is just as good.
