Buyer looking for a profitable target with strong revenue ($10-20mn deal)

Hi everyone,

I'm representing a buyer who is looking for a deal with ticket size around ~$10-20mn for a majority deal (51%+ stake).

Industry agnostic (Consumer is plus), profitable company with a strong revenue is ideal.

West Coast is preferred geographically but also happy to explore opportunities elsewhere.
