Mr. Moesta is a principal architect, along with Harvard Business School professor Clay Christensen, of the Jobs-to-be-Done framework for innovation. Mr. Moesta is a practitioner of creating value in businesses by helping customers make progress by finding value for them in addressing struggling moments through hiring products and services under the right context.
