I'm looking for some help with deal sourcing, vetting, and due diligence. Has anyone worked with a firm or consultant that they can recommend for this? I'm ok with consulting fees on monthly basis until closing with success fee at closing.

^redacted‌, I am adding a deal sourcing service to my list of offerings. As an IT business broker, I've been frustrated by the number of calls I have to make to find one good client, so I've decided to work smarter instead of harder. I'm a retired IT company owner with outdated coding skills, so I have developed a no-code Agentic AI prospecting method that ranks sellers and their companies by three sets of factors: demographic, firmographic, and psychological/behavioral. I'll work with searchers in any field but IT, as that would compete with me for clients. In truth, anyone CAN do this. I'm teaching a class on No-code Agentic AI Prospecting this Wednesday at 11AM Eastern. I'm limiting enrollment to 100 people, and the cost is $25 (plus tax where required): here is the Eventbrite signup link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/no-code-agentic-ai-prospecting-tickets###-###-#### ?aff=oddtdtcreator. Not everyone WILL WANT TO do this themself! It helps to have a technical background, but even though I've programmed in 14 languages and developed hundreds of software applications for organizations, it took me 3 solid days to get my process rolling, and aspects of the process were very frustrating. If anyone is interested in the program, please DM me. We'll have a conversation about what you are trying to accomplish, after which I need to research the best data sources before providing you a quote. Costs include startup costs, which vary depending on your situation; variable expense costs, which are tied to the tools and data sources selected; a monthly charge, 100% of which is applied to the success fee; and a success fee. By the way, I strongly discourage searchers from outsourcing DD. If you need legal help, tax hep, or modeling assistance, that is fine. But DD is your opportunity to understand a) how a target acquisition creates enterprise value, and b) how you can improve that; don't waste the opportunity! @redacted‌ - where else in Searchfunder should I post this information?
