We are seeking to acquire a high-quality operating business as a long-term platform, with openness to buy-and-build over time (not mandatory at entry). Target profile: - Services, facilities, environmental, light industrial, or niche B2B businesses (Revenue ~ EUR 4 - 10M) - Founder- or family-owned, typically post-growth or at an inflection point - Consistent cash generation with low churn - SDE / EBITDA comfortably supporting owner compensation, but where the business is larger than a “lifestyle” operation We are particularly interested in businesses where: - Succession planning is becoming a question - The owner wants the business to continue with care and discipline - There is room to professionalize, consolidate, or selectively expand Happy to connect with brokers, intermediaries, or operators who see situations that don’t fit a conventional PE box
