I'm collating examples of good business plans that can be used for both funding and pitching for a buy and build strategy. Does anybody have good ones to contribute? Happy to redact and share with all contibutors?

Am working on B&B investment strategy for healthcare atm. I can share when we have tested it with clients. We are currently working out the aspect of multiple investors and how to solve return profile over "multiple rounds" when the investment vehicle is not a closed-end PE fund.
