I’m doing a 1031 exchange out of a multifamily building and am interested in businesses with real estate. I’m on BizBuySell and would love suggestions for other places to look. Looking for business value $2.5-5m with real estate of $1.5-2m in CA or Western US. I’m interested in manufacturing but open to looking at anything since the real estate component narrows options significantly and I’m a short timeline. Thank you in advance!

Are you on the clock yet? The 45 days doesn’t give the buyer much time, so as far as I’m aware these are not that common within ETA since the timing is so critical. Also hard to know if a business acquisition deal is actually going to close compared to real estate and if you don’t there goes the 1031.
