Hello,

Does anyone know of a valuation specialist who could do a valuation report on a string of franchises that do a little less than a million a year in revenue?

I have a software that does "Transaction Valuation". It considers available debt, available equity, cost of each, transaction structure 9Asset vs Stock), C Corp/S Corp, earnout and a lot more.
