Business partner for roll up in the greater NY metro area

Hello,. Would like to connect with a business partner to execute a roll up and/or holdco acquisition strategy in the outdoor environment space. I have an existing, operating business that I purchased last year which will be included in the deal.

I can't be heavily involved in operations as I have other commitments at my fund, so someone who is hands-on would be ideal.
