Business brokers: How do you make your CIMs and materials?

Business brokers - curious to get your take on this.

Considering building a service that creates high-quality and fast CIMs and investment materials for your sell-side deals (run by ex-bankers / consultants). We would do this with a combination of software and service, be able to deliver it on a fairly low-cost basis, and can do it quickly and at scale. Benefit would be: 1) faster, 2) higher quality and consistent, 3) we take care of all the details and analyses for you, 4) you don't have to deal with the hassle of doing it in-house

A few questions for you:
-Would something like this be of interest to you?
-How do you currently build your CIMs or sell-side materials? (in-house, outsourced, on-shore, off-shore, etc) -How much do you pay to get them created, and how long does it take? -What are the biggest pain points with making your materials right now?
-How much would you be willing to pay for a service like the one mentioned above?
