Business Brokers aren't really helpful

		Anyone else finding that when you reach out to a business broker about there listing they just aren't very helpful? On more than a few occasions now it feels like pulling teeth to get any information out of them. There's got to be a better way, this is getting frustrating.

Try and stick to reputable ones if you can. Do some research on them before you spend time engaging. And have your pitch for why you are a qualified buyer down.

it depends why you are reaching out to the broker. very few brokers make much money out of firms approaching them saying do you have x for sale. Buyside work is simply very hard and best done by specialists. Most brokers concentrate on sellside work where finding sellers is the challenge but once found finding buyers is quite easy.
