Good afternoon Searchfunder community, I am looking to connect with business brokers, subject matter experts and etc with focus and success with representing and working for companies that have positive societal impact. I am most interersted in learning more about companies in the renewable, sustainability sector, companies that are healthcare tech enabled (i.e. gene therapy), fintech companies (with a focus on ESG and/or solving societal problems i.e. student debt), or a business consulting company focused on company culture in the Midwest.

Looking forward to the conversations!

Happy to help. Im a new owner to a brokerage. I have been an operator, banker, investor, and a searcher. My limited view is that brokers are either generalists, vertical focused or geographically focused. Cutting across expertise in green and ESG might be more challenging. In my professional background I've had developed some knowledge of green and fintech. In my NFP work, I am familiar with triple bottomline and social capital. If thats helpful, be happy to schedule a call.

Alisa, I am a self-funded searcher looking specifically for businesses that create a positive environmental impact (i.e. an impact search fund). Please DM me if you'd like to chat about setting up a deal funnel, thinking about impact criteria, tradeoffs involved, and potential challenges that you might face. Thanks.
