Business and Personal Tax Advisor Recommendation

Can anyone provide a recommendation for a rockstar Tax Advisor / CPA? We just completed our first acquisition and would love to find someone who can be a valuable resource for optimizing tax structure, etc. at a reasonable cost. Please include recommendations of great people only. Thank you!
