Business Analyst (Internship)

Alleyway Capital is looking for analysts to assist in its deal sourcing, company acquisition and business research roles. This is an unpaid part-time internship for MBAs / business graduates that are looking for practical experience and relationships in lower middle market investing and private equity focused on SaaS and adjacent businesses. Undergraduates will be accepted for this position only if they have a technology (CS / EE or related) background. Applicants can expect to work in an independent, supportive environment in the following activities:- - Conduct market research. - Gather supporting information and create documentation. - Develop relationships with deal sources. - Analyze and identify trends in business data. - Assist in investment activities.
