Agreed with James's comment above. Would also recommend tapping into your local ETA group as meeting folks who are closing deals in the same geographies is particularly invaluable

We will be hosting the M&A Launchpad Conference in Houston on May 3rd. It revolves around the ETA, as well as Independent Sponsor space, and should have a pretty great turnout.
