Built a free listing analyzer: https://www.dealhubhq.com/analyze Paste a listing, get a quick read on the financials, obvious red flags, and whether it's worth the NDA. Uses Claude under the hood. Nothing you couldn't do yourself in ChatGPT or Claude with a decent prompt — most of you probably already have one. This is just a zero-setup version. No login, no email, just paste and read. Curious if the output is actually useful or too generic. Feedback welcome. Happy to hear what worked for you in your prompts well to get an initial read on listings.

BizBuySell does not allow to fetch the listing from a link directly, neither does any such page allow this. You always have to copy & paste the actual listing. There are ways to overcome the restriction by these sites, who for obvious reasons do not want that bots or any AI is just crawling their listing space. I did not attempt to overcome it because I think that then becomes (1) a competition between me finding ways to overcome their hurdles and them protecting themselves (2) potentially become actual a legal issue because I would try to fetch their content against their rules

I did a coupe of tests from Bizbuysell - and it did not recognized the links
