The U.S. is in the early stages of a massive data center buildout. Hyperscalers, colo providers, and enterprise operators are committing hundreds of billions of capex over the next decade, and Texas is one of the top destination markets. I’m building an acquisition-focused holding company that buys essential services businesses at SMB multiples and repositions them as subcontractors to the GCs building this infrastructure. HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical Piping, Fire Protection, low-voltage cabling companies are already doing this work they just aren’t pursuing the right end markets. A simple governing thesis: acquire at 3-4x EBITDA on legacy commercial/residential revenue, then shift the revenue mix towards critical infrastructure projects where margins are higher, contracts are larger, and demand is exponential all while maintaining the already established revenue streams. I’m sourcing deals now and have a steady stream of off-market deals coming from established broker relationships. I’m building a small investor group to participate across multiple acquisitions that share the same vision and passion for the industry. Buy-Box: - EV: $1.5M - $4M | EBITDA: $400k-$1.2M - Structure: SBA 7(a) + seller financing + minimal equity at close What I’m looking: 2-5 investors for a long-term, multi-deal relationship. Each acquisition structured independently. No blind pool, no committed capital until you see a deal you like. I’ll bring the diligence to you. DM me here or connect with me on LinkedIn. Happy to walk through full data center repositioning thesis and acquisition pipeline on a call!
