Great article Dylan, thanks for sharing! Technical agility is only becoming more important to enterprises of all sizes, and it takes more than just talent, a great product, or a great strategy to capitalize long-term.

Within the staffing industry, we often see companies looking to boost their tech talent to get ahead. Where many firms struggle is that belief that a few key resources will be able to overhaul the current structure. It's a fine line between quality and volume.
