Building a quality outreach list

I’m curious what software everyone is using to build their outreach list? Dun & Bradstreet seem to have a good database of business owners but curious if anyone has found something better with quality information..

I can't give away all of my sources, but there are D&B alternatives such as Kona Equity and others that are great augmentations.

I also look hard on social media and in different databases -> PPP has been great too.

Following as well. List building has been a focus of mine as I begin more proprietary outreach. I've used zoominfo but have found their data to be light in certain areas. Would like to learn what others use as well.
