Hi all, does anyone have experience in finding, but more importantly reaching out to possible board members? For a consolidation we are searching for industry experts, however I could use a strong template for the communication. Thank you.

Your search will bedetermined by the industry and the country where you are based. There is need for anyone who is looking to build a board or team to look for in people who are better than them. You can look at SCORE all you need on your board is the Chairman whose influence and knowledge in the industry is quite important because you will give him equity in the company and you will also need like two other industrial experts whom the Chairman will bring on board but they will both get 2.5% of the company each. The rest 85% will be with the owner.
