I am starting my search for my first acquisition. Looking specifically looking for ETA in the manufacturing or warehousing. Has anyone found success in this space? What unique challenges exist in this space that I can prepare for now as I start my search?

Manufacturing companies can be great search targets, especially now. But as a heads up, funding on the debt side becomes difficult if the buyer doesn't have relevant experience or a well-thought-out plan for a management team
