Hey gang. Wondering if anyone does these kinds of deals.
There's a residential property my wife and I would like to bid on at a Sheriff auction next week. Cash is the only accepted payment method and we're about 25% short on what will be needed to win the property. We'd put a mortgage on the property shortly after so we're looking for a ~45 day loan.
Given the extreme market volatility I'm reluctant to draw on our Pledged Asset line any further.
Any advice or introductions would certainly be welcomed.
