Bridge Financing for Construction Services Business

I have a close friend who is facing short term liquidity challenges in his construction services business due to delays in a large project. Between work in progress and backlog, he'll otherwise have a strong year from a profitability and cash flow perspective.

Does anyone have recommendations for banks or private lenders able to quickly provide bridge financing, AR LOC's, etc? He's looking to close a loan/note within the next 2 months. Thanks for your help!

It depends on the specifics of the business, but a lot of the traditional lenders and big banks provide bridge financing, especially in the construction sector. If he needs assistance papering the transaction, I’d be happy to assist.
