Breaking into venture / private equity

Worked in tech companies on biz dev, ops, lean process mgmt + automation for 10+ yrs. Was impacted by Facebook layoffs few weeks back. Looking to break into venture / PE landscape - unsure how.

Welcome Amol! Do you consider yourself more of a visionary or integrator? That may help determine where you'll fit into a small PE/Venture firm. If you're on the programming side, I would think more integrator? Let us know how we can help you.
