Brands or concepts with less than 50 units and investors in the space

I’m a franchising executive and have touched everything from legal to franchise development to operations. I am looking for brands or concepts (F&B preferred but not required) that have less than 50 units and/or are pre-franchise. Additionally, I’m looking for investors who invest in the space. 1. Does anyone have any recommendations on brands or concepts I should look at? 2. Does anyone have any known opportunities fitting my description above? 3.
