Book Recommendations - Operating a Business

Hi all - I am looking for book recommendations relating to the day-to-day operations of a newly acquired business.

I have previous M&A experience, so am fairly familiar with the deal making process, but I am more looking for insight from Day 1 of ownership.

Any suggested are much appreciated.

Highly recommend Traction as the most tangible book. Scaling Up is also excellent. If you DM me, I have at least a dozen others that I'd highly recommend but I'd start with those 2 (somewhat redundant to read both but worthwhile).

Can second this pick. I'm in year 2 of being a business owner and haven't found many books could help me with my day to day ops. Too general. One I found that gave me creativity was The Dream Manager, which really spoke to me because it's in my industry.

When you can, talk to other business owners operating inside of them.
