To understand some of the legal processes in buying a business I highly recommend a book written by Attorney Joel Ankney. Ankney, JoelredactedHere's The Deal: Everything you wish a lawyer would tell you about buying a small business? I really like the information on what to do after the closing. Very helpful. Thanks!
