I have read - and highly recommend - Buy then Build by Walker Deibel and the HBR Guide to buying a small business.... Can anyone out there in Searchfunder-land recommend some other titles that I should check out?

I strongly recommend the articles from AJ Wasserstein located here https://som.yale.edu/faculty/aj-wasserstein AJ has solicited input from throughout the search community to provide thoughtful insights into many aspects of ETA. While technically not a book, there's a book's worth of material here.
