I read Buy Then Build and found it to be very insightful and helpful. I've heard a lot now about HBR Guide to Buying a Small Business. Has anyone read both and found it useful?

I'll shout this into the ether as well - The Exitpreneur's Playbook by Joe Valley, while written for owners, contains some solid gold actionable tips for Buyers. It is very good.

I read the HBR guide an found it extreemly useful. For me - being based in Europe - it only lacked the European perspective. Any recommendation for European books on ETA?
