Do any of you have a good resource for a "boilerplate" NDA that you have used with potential sellers (on proprietary deals)? I'm looking for something to utilize after initial meetings where we agree to pursue further diligence on their business and wanted to see if there's a strong template out there that others have used before? Thanks in advance for any help or insights you can offer.
