I am looking at a small fiberglass boat builder in the Southeast. The company makes fiberglass boats ranging from 16' to 30'. The company generates between $2 to $3 million in revenue and has an SDE of $250k to $450k. I am seeking lenders familiar with the industry, investors interested in the space, and individuals with experience in boat building or fiberglass fabrication to discuss and learn more.


The company does almost no marketing, has a backlog of over six months, and has a strong following. They exclusively sell B2B and have been in business for a long time.
