Board Position - startup Saas / app for roadway workers

Hello, I'm an investor in a startup company that built a productivity app for roadway workers. Buyers and users come from construction firms to state DOT teams. The app provides job site data and enables location-based documentation and communication across projects. They closed their Seed Round in June. The company is looking to fill a board seat (5th Board Member) with someone who has experience with scaling a SaaS-based company, Go-To-Market involvement, tech startup boards, and exits.
