Board position in Europe acquiring vet clinics

Dear members,

We are looking for an experienced european M&A lawyer either retired or still active for a board position.

Board members are never asked to contribute capital. They will, however, be offered free founder's equity. Those are non-executive positions, requiring 6 to 8 hours a month.
