Board of Directors position available - Attorney

I have a full Board of Directors but am looking for a non-executive attorney with M&A experience to take the place of the current interim attorney. Free founders equity will be given. No capital investment expected/requested. Time is of the essence...initial Board meeting is in a week and 1st acquisition closing (plumbing co) set for January. Fast moving.
