I suggest providing a bit more substance to this post if you hope to get serious responses. I mean, As is, this post resembles a common scam: "founders equity for board members; we want you because you're special; set up a call to find out more!" If you're seeking to hire someone, you could also use the jobs section, but again, a targeted, substantive post will yield more useful responses.
