Hi,
What are your biggest lessons learned when hiring an operator? What makes a great operator, and what are some examples when they haven't been as great?
As an investor/searcher, what are the most important things you look for in an operator and how do you know when you've found a good one?
Thanks!

But it makes a big difference when a leader truly knows how the industry works, has connections, understands the nuances that only come through repitition.
