I'm doing some market research and looking to identify the biggest challenges for searchers looking to buy a business

One of the most comment topics I see on searchfunder is around dealflow...a lot of members are looking for dealflow (both through brokers and proprietary), needing to use different tools, services, data providers, etc...

What would you say are some other challenges that many searchers have been experiencing ? Financing? legal? etc..

I think dealflow is the number one topic. I also saw a recent post asking questions about minimizing 3rd party fees for broken deals. It seems that people feel comfortable paying a 3rd party, but they don’t want to do it too soon in case the deal starts to fall apart.
