For searchers mainly in Canada, the first search fund accelerator is being launched so it will be interesting to see how this develops the community. It looks like it is targeted at those in the BIPOC community, but open to all searchers. Here is a link to a release that just came out if you are interested and would like more information:

Do you think something like this would be valuable in Canada, thoughts?

^redacted‌ Aaron, this seems like a very capable and talented board that should help to support the Canadian economy and the Canadian ETA community. I also think that this is a great opportunity to improve representation from a historically underserved community. Fingers crossed it works.

Congrats Aaron - great program. Excited to see the focused energy on increasing diversity in search to better reflect the demographics of the countries we search, the employees we manage, and the owners we attempt to acquire from. Lots of room to improve the diversity in search across all demographics (gender, race, etc).
