Best work to give interns?

Searchers: in your experience, what has been the best type of work to give interns? I started out having interns build company lists. I'm now considering shifting the focus to having them help personalize emails. (I think that's where my bottleneck is)

We segment by experience level: Undergrad interns do a lot of primary research and generalized industry research and some comp work. We expect MBAs and Masters of Finance grad students to able to put together financial models and investment pitchbooks with our guidance and input.
