Best Upworker / Fiver contractors?

Does anybody have recommendations for good upworker fiver contractors that specialize in (1) writing email personalizations based on the owners linked and company website (2) finding emails for owners.

Note that we don’t need their help for company identification, only finding the owner and writing a custom sentence

We currently have 1-2 good contractors, but looking to try others.
