For those running facility service businesses, how do you identify target commercial properties, reach decision-makers, and get on their preferred vendor list? I’ve found traditional lead gen tools lacking for building accurate, targeted lists. Has anyone used platforms like CoStar or Actovia for this purpose? I’m specifically looking for a tool that allows me to search by property size and location, and provides owner or property manager contact info (mailing address, email, and/or phone). Would love to hear what’s worked for others.
