Best sources for current transaction data/multiples?

What are your favorite sources of transaction data for valuations?

In general the trend I'm seeing is that asking prices are for lower multiples than the averages I've seen published, even for companies that are >$2 million EBITDA.

Curious if that is anyone else's experience?
