Best SBA lenders to work with for a $350K commercial cleaning business

I just went under contract on a commercial cleaning business and am looking for a great SBA lender to work with. The purchase price is $350K so this is a smaller-sized acquisition. The company has averaged about $125K/yr in cash flow over the last 3 years so there should be plenty of cash flow to cover the debt service.

Any recommendations on SBA lenders for this size of a business?
